If our company has already commenced work on your project, a full refund will not be granted. However, you may still request a refund, and the amount will be assessed based on the work completed. This assessment will include the time spent on communication and all relevant activities, charged at the company’s standard rate. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Refund Timeframe:

If no refund request is made within 7 calendar days (including holidays) from the date of payment, LeadingAnt.com reserves the right to charge the full amount and retain the funds. This assumes that the strategy and plan have been disclosed to you as the client and can be used by any other company, potentially causing damage to LeadingAnt.com.

Sales Guarantee:

While LeadingAnt.com is committed to providing the best service possible, we cannot guarantee sales as they are influenced by factors beyond our control. Sales are determined by buyers who are not directly affiliated with LeadingAnt.com.

Refund Requests for Delivered Services:

Refund requests can be made for internal reasons specific to the client. However, once the service has been delivered to you, no refund requests will be entertained.

Manual Review and Approval:

All refund requests are subject to manual review and approval by LeadingAnt.com. We will evaluate the circumstances surrounding your request and determine the eligibility for a refund. Please note that this review process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience.

90-Day Security Hold Period:

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be held for a security period of 90 days. This is done to ensure the integrity of the refund process. Once the security period has elapsed, the approved funds will be released to you.
